Key Responsibilities

• Build strong working relationships with teams, business partners, and senior leaders to enhance collaboration and resolve challenges
• Identify, address, and resolve program- and project-level risks and issues
• Negotiate and influence cross-functional teams to ensure sustained resource engagement throughout execution
• Anticipate risks and ensure effective mitigation plans are in place to safeguard delivery timelines
• Support ongoing development of marketing technology strategy documents
• Own or provide essential input into the measurement and tracking of key goals, metrics, and executive-level reporting

Required Skills

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and guide diverse opinions to consensus
• Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives, priorities, and teams effectively
• Strong knowledge of project management processes, tools, templates, and techniques
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage change in dynamic environments and influence without direct authority
• Retail domain experience required
