Description

You manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning through closure.

Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce project governance frameworks to ensure compliance with standards.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, implementing proactive crisis management.
• Control project scope and change management, preventing scope creep.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking milestones and resource allocation.
• Lead resource management, allocating and optimizing team members based on project needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Program Management.
• Project Financial Management, including budgeting and cost control.
• Project Governance implementation and enforcement.
• Stakeholder Management and expectation alignment across all levels.
• Resource Management and team optimization.
• Risk/crisis Management, developing mitigation and contingency plans.
