Description

You will manage the execution of new product introduction builds and oversee the transition of products into production.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute development NPI builds to meet specific cost, quality, and capacity targets.
• Drive ramp readiness by managing material availability, capacity readiness, and transition plans with internal teams and external partners.
• Establish goals, metrics, analytics, and reporting processes for integrated product suppliers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and senior management to communicate progress and resolve issues.
• Manage product lifecycles from prototype through mass production to end of life.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in NPI, supply chain, manufacturing, operations, or operations engineering.
• Proven experience in a technical program management role.
• Direct experience working with contract manufacturers and suppliers.
• Experience defining processes for contract manufacturing and supply chain management.
• Technical knowledge of hardware bill of materials (BOM), process documentation, and assembly and test processes.
• Proficiency in supply chain and program management.
• Ability to navigate multinational environments and rapidly changing settings.
• Strong problem-solving and issue resolution skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Operations Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
