Own portfolio-level delivery excellence, financial measures, and cross-functional project execution for senior management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand intake, ensuring business cases meet minimum thresholds before engaging subject matter experts.
• Define project scope, objectives, and enabling technologies to achieve desired business outcomes.
• Partner with IT and business leaders to assess technological costs, impacts, and project priorities.
• Lead change control boards to manage scope changes across multiple capability areas.
• Manage portfolio finances, track project progress, and ensure timely closure of all tasks.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8 years of experience in program management.
• At least 4-5 years of experience in financial management.
• Strong ability to assess risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Experience leading change control boards and managing scope changes.
• Proficiency in managing finances across a project portfolio using approved systems.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of GxP compliance, data security, and software development lifecycle standards.
• Experience operating autonomously with minimal supervision.
