Description

You will lead program management strategies for the Global Legal Strategies and Policy (GLSP) team, driving projects from ideation through completion.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute program management strategies to meet GLSP goals and support strategic imperatives.
• Coordinate matrixed, multi-practice area teams to implement projects and facilitate seamless transitions to functional areas.
• Define clear objectives and contribute to short- and long-term project strategies.
• Plan and execute workshops, team problem-solving events, and present progress updates to senior leaders.
• Serve as the GLSP representative on strategies advancing through execution outside the legal function.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in operations, project management, or program management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with AI assistant legal technology platforms, workflow automation tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Legora), or project lifecycle management platforms.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience with organizational effectiveness, team facilitation, or instructional design.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills, with comfort presenting to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a complex, multi-functional matrix environment.
• Track record of anticipating and resolving problems with sound judgment and high attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Background in organizational design principles, team effectiveness, or internal consulting.
• Experience influencing and collaborating across functions with varying levels of leadership.
