You will lead enterprise-wide automation strategy and execution across multiple technology domains.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the enterprise automation strategy across diverse technology stacks.
• Lead automation project execution to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Establish automation governance, best practices, and security guidelines.
• Collaborate with engineering, IT, and business teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Manage and mentor automation teams to drive skill development and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of total IT experience with 10+ years in IT automation or DevOps.
• 5+ years leading automation initiatives across multiple domains.
• Expertise in automation frameworks including AIOps, DevOps, RPA, EUC Automation, and Conversational AI.
• Hands-on experience with Ansible, Terraform, ServiceNow ITOM, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, and Power Automate.
• Proficiency in scripting languages including Python, PowerShell, and Shell.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Understanding of API development, Webhooks, ITSM, and monitoring tool integration.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Background in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) and ITIL/ITSM best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
• 2 years minimum tenure in previous relevant roles.
