• 3 years of experience in program management.
• Proven ability to manage program scope and project lifecycles.
• Experience coordinating internal teams and external third parties.
• Risk management and mitigation expertise.
• Stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to deliver projects within defined scope and budget constraints.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
