Description

You will lead global, multi-country programs and manage application portfolios across enterprise systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage global programs and application portfolios spanning ERP, CRM, and eCommerce systems.
• Oversee portfolio governance and application lifecycles using SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Lead remote, distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• Direct stakeholder management and drive problem-solving initiatives across enterprise architecture.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in project or program management.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience managing multi-country programs and enterprise application portfolios.
• Expertise in ERP, CRM, and eCommerce systems.
• Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of portfolio governance and enterprise architecture.
• Experience leading remote and distributed teams.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• PMI certifications including PMP, PgMP, or SAFe.
• Direct experience with Salesforce or Oracle platforms.
• Experience managing regulatory and compliance-related programs in healthcare, finance, or telecom.
