Lead multiple concurrent programs, managing scope, timelines, and cross-functional execution to align with strategic goals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define program scope, objectives, and success metrics while developing integrated plans that identify dependencies and risks.
• Drive execution across technology, business, and external partner teams to meet milestone, budget, and quality targets.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and coach teams on Scrum practices to maintain high velocity.
• Develop detailed business cases with cost-benefit analysis and ROI to support portfolio planning and prioritization.
• Communicate program status and outcomes to senior stakeholders, facilitating executive reviews and steering committees.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management, handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• 3+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum roles, including facilitating ceremonies and backlog prioritization.
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps for reporting and transparency.
• Strong ability to create executive-level presentations and drive consensus across leadership.
• Experience in business case development, financial analysis, and risk management.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, PgMP, or Scrum Master (CSM/SAFe) certification.
• Experience in hospitality, travel, or vacation ownership industries.
