Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans and direct the integration of technical activities.
• Present proposals, reports, and findings to clients with clear verbal and written communication.
• Recruit, assign, direct, and evaluate employee work while overseeing staff competence development.
• Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to assess project feasibility.

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of experience in project or program management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Visio for documentation and planning.
• Experience with MS Project for scheduling and resource allocation.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and cost management.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• PMI or PMP certification.
