Description

You own the operational and analytical execution for branded merchandise and employee recognition programs.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Execute operational strategies for branded gear, covering production, distribution, fulfillment, and systems management.
• Manage global vendor relationships, including contracts, purchase orders, and budget adherence for merchandise.
• Analyze merchandise store performance, driving forecasting, sales reporting, and budget tracking.
• Provide creative input on merchandise design and review final product quality against brand standards.
• Conduct performance analysis, data manipulation, and ROI calculations for the Recognition Program.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in program management, focusing on retail operations or supply chain.
• Expert proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and modeling.
• Demonstrated skills in Project Management and Supply Chain Management.
• Experience managing global vendor relationships and contracts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities applied to program data.
• Familiarity with communications, marketing, and graphic design principles.
• Experience using Slack and Google Workspace.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
