Description

Own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream programs, establishing governance, execution strategy, and accountability across product, engineering, and vendor teams.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Drive alignment across product, engineering, UX, and stakeholders to ensure program vision and execution strategy are met.
• Design and implement program operating models, including cadence, governance, decision-making processes, and escalation paths.
• Develop integrated master roadmaps, manage cross-workstream dependencies, and drive quarterly re-planning and prioritization.
• Oversee program budget, forecasting, and financial tracking while managing vendor performance and contract alignment.
• Proactively identify risks and blockers, implement mitigation strategies, and deliver structured reporting to leadership.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of program or portfolio management experience with a track record of large-scale, multi-year initiatives.
• Deep expertise in program governance, planning, and execution frameworks.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies, Scrum ceremonies, and tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.
• Strong command of project management tools including SharePoint and Salesforce for tracking and documentation.
• PMP certification or equivalent program management credential.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to coach product and project managers on best practices and team effectiveness.

Preferred Skills

• Experience facilitating Scrum activities and supporting Scrum Masters with sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority and resolve conflicts across senior stakeholders.
