Description

Own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream programs, establishing vision, governance, and execution strategy while driving alignment across product, engineering, and stakeholders.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement program operating models, including cadence, governance, and escalation paths.
• Develop integrated master roadmaps, managing cross-workstream dependencies and quarterly re-planning.
• Lead steering committees and governance forums to ensure consistent adherence to standards and ways of working.
• Drive program budget, forecasting, and vendor performance, ensuring contracts and deliverables align with goals.
• Proactively identify risks and blockers, implementing mitigation strategies and escalating critical issues with clear recommendations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of program or portfolio management experience.
• Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-year, multi-million-dollar programs.
• Deep expertise in program governance, planning, and execution frameworks.
• Strong ability to lead with authority and influence without direct control.
• Exceptional communication skills for executive-level reporting and team-level clarity.
• Experience working with both internal teams and external vendors.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies, Scrum, and project management tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Confluence, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, and Salesforce.
• PMP certification.
