Manage managed services delivery using offshore and onshore methodologies, leading virtual teams and overseeing daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead virtual teams and manage daily operations through established processes and tools.
• Manage incident, problem, change, and knowledge management workflows.
• Act as the primary client-facing contact to ensure high-quality customer service.
• Collect, organize, and present operational data using spreadsheets and professional presentations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Direct experience in Managed Services using offshore/onshore delivery models.
• Working knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Practical understanding of incident, problem, change, and knowledge management.
• Proven experience as a Team Lead managing virtual teams.
• Proficiency in data organization and presentation via spreadsheets.
• Strong client-facing and customer service skills.
