You will serve as a strategic partner to the Distinguished Architect, driving clarity across leadership objectives and ensuring consistent execution of team priorities.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate risks and misalignment, addressing execution gaps through structured communication and proactive action plans.
• Drive alignment across architecture, technology, and partner teams to resolve friction and maintain momentum on shared outcomes.
• Own program management for strategic initiatives, translating strategy into executable plans with clear owners, milestones, and success measures.
• Plan and manage logistics for high-profile leadership engagements, including town halls, talent reviews, and staff meetings.
• Synthesize technical concepts into impactful executive-level presentations and documents that drive understanding and alignment.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in a chief of staff or program management role supporting a high-performing team.
• Expert-level proficiency in PowerPoint for creating executive-level presentations and written narratives.
• Strong ability to influence leaders and drive alignment without formal authority.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive priorities simultaneously.
• Expert written and verbal communication skills, including sound judgment on tone and audience.
• Ability to adapt quickly to resolve issues, negotiate outcomes, and work independently with minimal direction.
• Experience operating in dynamic, fast-paced environments with cross-functional teams.
