Program Manager

You will lead the strategic implementation and end-to-end execution of Generative AI solutions to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for Generative AI implementations aligned with client requirements.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from origination and Go-To-Market strategy through to successful delivery.
• Act as a bridge between technical, business, and client teams to convey complex concepts and ensure alignment.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources while driving ethical and responsible AI usage regarding privacy and bias.
• Mentor a team of Generative AI professionals to support long-term growth and technical upskilling.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in program or project management.
• Deep knowledge of Generative AI technologies and developments.
• Familiarity with Python and AI frameworks.
• Experience with data analysis, insights, and digital customer experience.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Proven ability in strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving.
• Experience in customer engagement and delegation.
• Ability to manage complex technical projects from inception to delivery.
