Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into measurable results.
• Influence stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization.
• Manage program risks, issues, and organizational change.
• Apply Waterfall, Hybrid, and Agile methodologies to drive project delivery.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in program management.
• Proven experience in a leadership program management role.
• Deep understanding of Waterfall, Hybrid, and Agile methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Suite tools, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, Agile, Lean, or Scrum certifications.
• Prior experience leading Mainframe projects.
