Description

You will manage remediation and control enhancement efforts across the Global Infrastructure organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage milestones to prevent customer impact and drive remediation efforts.
• Lead remediation for client members impacted by technology events.
• Execute control enhancements across global infrastructure.
• Oversee the Operational Risk Event (ORE) and Corrective Action Plan (CAP) processes.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Program Management experience.
• 1-2 years of experience with Operational Risk Event (ORE) or Corrective Action Plan (CAP) processes.
• Incident Management expertise.
• Project Management proficiency.
• Data Analytics skills.
• Mainframe experience.
• Microsoft Office Suite, OneDrive, and SharePoint.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
