Description

You will lead remediation efforts for cardmembers impacted by technology events across the Global Infrastructure and Global Merchant Network Service organizations.

Responsibilities

• Manage milestones for stopping customer impact, remediation, and control enhancements.
• Lead Operational Risk Event (ORE) and Corrective Action Plan (CAP) processes.
• Coordinate remediation activities for impacted cardmembers within GI and GMNS.
• Utilize data analytics to track progress and identify risks.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Proven experience with ORE and CAP processes.
• Previous Tech AXP experience is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Strong data analytics capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
