Description

You manage program coordination and stakeholder communication for the PCI PMO.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a program newsletter to increase awareness across ETS.
• Act as the liaison between the PCI PMO and internal teams building new reporting and tracking tools.
• Maintain the team's Confluence site and other collaboration tools.
• Coordinate updates to team process documents and track team activities.
• Create executive-ready documentation and presentations.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of Program Management experience.
• 2+ years of experience in the information security domain, IT/IS compliance, or technology risk management.
• Strong understanding of PCI compliance and Payment Card industry standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite of products.
• Bachelor's degree required.
