7+ years of Program Management experience and must have 1-2 years experience with the Operational Risk Event (ORE) and/or Corrective Action Plan (CAP) process. Milestone management for stop customer impact, remediation and control enhancement across the Global infrastructure organization.  Will lead efforts to remediate client members that have been impacted by technology events across Global Infrastructure either ORE's or CAP's
