You will manage the creation of compliant, technical job descriptions to support IT talent acquisition.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Draft clear and accurate job descriptions tailored to specific IT roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to define technical requirements.
• Research industry trends and technology advancements to keep job profiles current.
• Ensure all documentation adheres to labor laws, diversity principles, and organizational policies.
• Optimize job descriptions based on market insights and feedback from cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in IT-related roles.
• Deep understanding of software, hardware, and emerging technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Strong technical writing ability and attention to detail.
• Experience communicating complex technical information to diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of applicable labor laws and regulations regarding job descriptions.
• PMP certification.
• Agile methodology experience.
