• 15+ years of professional experience in program or project management.
• PMP certification.
• Extensive experience in the Banking or Finance industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
• Proven track record of budget administration and management.
• Strong articulation and communication skills for executive-level interaction.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
