You will manage large-scale program delivery, overseeing approximately 1200 story points per monthly release cycle.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee large-scale program delivery and monthly release cycles.
• Define and understand program requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Create detailed delivery plans mapped to specific business goals.
• Review schedules and processes to ensure smooth execution across teams.
• Provide executive reporting on planning and final delivery outcomes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Advanced knowledge of the software development life-cycle and individual process stages.
• Proven leadership experience in delivery planning and management.
• Experience managing large-scale projects with high velocity.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum Master certification.
• PMP certification.
