You will lead large-scale program delivery, from inception through completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational stability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and report on program roadmaps, success metrics, and development issues to maintain visibility across the organization.
• Proactively identify risks within operational frameworks; implement mitigation strategies to ensure program stability and continuity.
• Facilitate high-level communication and coordination across projects to ensure stakeholder engagement and satisfaction.
• Build and manage program budgets, continuously seeking opportunities to improve cost efficiency without compromising delivery.
• Maintain deep knowledge of industry trends and internal practices impacting the program to inform strategic decisions.

Required Skills

• Strong background in Operational Risk within a financial services environment.
• Deep knowledge of PRCI (Process Risk Control Inventory) and RCSA (Risk and Control Self Assessment).
• Experience with monitoring and testing frameworks to validate control effectiveness.
• Proven track record managing large-scale programs from inception through delivery.
• Proficiency with standard PMO tools to track status, roadmaps, and budget.
• 5+ years of professional experience in program or project management.
• Any Graduate degree.
