Description

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple interrelated projects within a program.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage program roadmaps, schedules, and budgets to align with organizational goals.
• Coordinate with project managers to integrate individual deliverables into the overall program plan.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define program objectives, scope, and success criteria.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks while developing contingency plans.
• Monitor program performance using key metrics and present status reports to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in program management.
• Proven track record of managing complex programs and large teams.
• Deep understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with budget management and financial forecasting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve program-related challenges.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency with JIRA.
