You will lead large-scale, global, distributed software programs within a supply chain environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale, global, and distributed software programs.
• Execute budget and financial planning for software initiatives.
• Drive software development processes using Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Coordinate program workflows using Jira, Confluence, and GitHub.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering program or project management.
• Proven experience working in a supply chain setting.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and GitHub.
• Experience with Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Knowledge of cloud-based development environments such as AWS or Azure.
• Strong technical competence in the Microsoft tool suite.
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
• Japanese language proficiency.
• Experience with JAMA software.
