Own end-to-end program delivery for retail initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Drive Agile and Scrum processes across cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Manage program timelines, resources, and risks while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
• Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily standups to ensure team velocity and transparency.
• Coordinate with retail operations and technical teams to resolve blockers and streamline workflows.
• Produce status reports and metrics to track program health and identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of experience in Program Management or Project Management.
• Deep expertise in Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
• Proven track record in retail or related industry program delivery.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a structured environment.
• Experience with project management tools and reporting dashboards.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
