Description

You will lead project strategy, stakeholder engagement, and operational oversight for a program integrating security, quality assurance, business processes, technical architecture, and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full program life cycle using formal management methodologies.
• Develop program plans, budgets, risk management approaches, and schedules.
• Direct and manage the program team to coordinate all related activities.
• Consult on business and strategy matters to align technical goals.
• Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and communicate status or issues to stakeholders and IT management.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT systems development, implementation, and maintenance.
• At least 3 years in a Project Management role.
• Expertise in IT management, Quality Assurance, Business Processes, and Technical Architecture.
• Understanding of the software development life cycle, including requirements gathering and system design.
• Experience with testing, implementation, release, version control, and training approaches.
• Ability to lead effectively within a team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering Management, or equivalent experience.
