Description

You will drive project management, planning, and execution for product releases and roadmaps within the Alpha Platform workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups and retrospectives to drive team maturity.
• Manage backlogs and prioritize work in collaboration with the Product Owner to align with business outcomes.
• Remove impediments, manage dependencies, and resolve issues with stakeholders to maintain project progress.
• Monitor team performance using delivery boards and metrics dashboards to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Proven Scrum Master experience within an enterprise cloud environment.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and leadership behaviors.
• Expertise in managing the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience supporting Product Owners with backlog refinement and prioritization.
• Ability to maintain transparent metrics and artifacts for stakeholders.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Drive execution of sub-work stream initiatives with close attention to detail and risk escalation.
• Ensure engineering practices follow defined standards.
