Description

You will manage medical device development projects through the full design control lifecycle, leading change qualification initiatives within cross-functional teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead Change Qualification projects within multi-cultural cross-functional teams.
• Manage project estimation, planning, and tracking using management dashboards.
• Execute Design Control processes, including Design Verification and Design Outputs.
• Identify and proactively manage project risks throughout the lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project or program management.
• Hands-on experience with Design Control processes for medical devices.
• Proven track record leading Change Qualification projects.
• Expertise in Risk Management and proactive risk identification.
• Experience managing Design Verification and Design Outputs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership within cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
