Description

Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-year transformation programs from initiation to completion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal teams, external partners, and vendors to achieve program milestones on time and within budget.
• Define and enforce best practices, methodologies, and standards for program execution and documentation.
• Monitor delivery progress, KPIs, and program health; report status to leadership and steering committees.
• Proactively identify, escalate, and manage risks and issues using RAID logs and mitigation strategies.
• Partner with leadership, architects, and business analysts to align requirements, timelines, and dependencies.

Required Skills

• 18+ years of overall IT experience, including 10+ years in program or project delivery leadership.
• Proven success delivering large-scale transformation projects in Supply Chain, Finance, or Ecommerce.
• Expertise in at least two of: integration services, BI report development, or SAP customizations.
• Advanced proficiency in Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Experience managing global, distributed delivery teams and multiple vendor engagements.
• Ability to challenge and optimize technical estimations and delivery plans across diverse teams.
• Strong communication skills to resolve conflicts and present clearly to executive audiences.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, SAFe, or equivalent project management certification.
• Prior experience as a Delivery Manager in WMS/TMS/ERP modernization programs.
