Description

Lead end-to-end implementations of cloud Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) projects, owning the full project lifecycle from design through post-go-live support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete project lifecycle, including design, configuration, testing, reporting, and training.
• Manage program governance, stakeholder expectations, and project risks to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Coordinate with onsite engagement teams and clients to gather requirements and finalize deliverables.
• Drive practice development through knowledge management, services standardization, and strategic planning.
• Support pre-sales activities and collaborate with service networks to secure resources for client success.

Required Skills

• 12-17 years of experience in Program Management and product implementation.
• Deep understanding of procurement processes: Source-to-Pay, CLM, Supplier Management, Category Management, and Spend Analysis.
• Proven track record in packaged product implementations and ERP implementation.
• Experience managing complex programs and large-scale deliveries.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Basic technology knowledge and ability to manage technical implementations.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of specific contract management platforms.
• Master's degree in Business Administration.
