Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage medium-to-large-scale, high-risk projects and programs from initiation to closure.
✅ Lead new client transitions and existing client transitions for new services.
✅ Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and governance.
✅ Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and interdependencies.
✅ Lead, mentor, and develop project teams to achieve delivery excellence.
✅ Collaborate with Operations, Technology, Sales, HR, and external stakeholders.
✅ Ensure smooth handover of projects to Operations with proper documentation and sign-offs.
✅ Monitor project performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications:
✔️ Graduation in any discipline.
✔️ Minimum 8 years of overall experience, with at least 3 years in a project management role.
✔️ Experience managing large-scale projects end-to-end using project management methodologies.
✔️ PMP/PRINCE2 training or certification.
✔️ Strong knowledge of MS Project, MS Visio, and Microsoft Office Suite.
✔️ Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
✔️ Experience managing teams, client transitions, project risks, and governance
