Description

You will manage and drive complex IT programs from initiation through completion.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and manage risks to ensure program success.
• Prepare and maintain program-level summaries, tracking milestones and deliverables against the plan.
• Monitor costs, timescales, and resources, initiating corrective actions when tolerances are breached.
• Manage change control procedures and gain stakeholder agreement for scope revisions.
• Guide strategic analysis to ensure continuous value delivery aligned with business objectives.

Required Skills

• 18+ years of experience in IT Project Management.
• Certification in Project Management (PMI/CAPM, PMP/PgMP, PRINCE2) or Agile/Lean Six Sigma.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools.
• Expertise in stakeholder management and project reporting.
• Ability to define realistic goals and objectives with project managers.
• Experience with Agile principles.
• Familiarity with system analysis techniques and functional specifications.
• Proficiency in scope, cost, schedule, and resource governance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MS Project, ServiceNow ITBM, SharePoint, Jira, and Confluence.
• MBA.
