Key Responsibilities

Program & Project Management

• Lead and manage multiple cloud migration and transformation projects concurrently.
• Develop project plans, timelines, resource strategies, and migration roadmaps.
• Ensure successful execution of large-scale cloud migration, integration, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Drive project governance, project reviews, status reporting, and executive communication.
• Manage project delivery against scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Track schedule variance, cost variance, and project performance metrics across programs.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with client leadership, business stakeholders, vendors, offshore teams, and technical teams.
• Facilitate regular steering committee meetings and project governance reviews.
• Drive accountability across teams to ensure timely execution and delivery.
• Provide regular project and program updates to leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Manage escalations and ensure rapid resolution of critical project issues.

Cloud Transformation Leadership

• Lead enterprise-scale cloud migration initiatives including Datacenter-to-Cloud transformation programs.
• Oversee migration planning, readiness assessments, execution, and post-migration stabilization.
• Coordinate infrastructure, application, network, storage, and security teams throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Ensure alignment with cloud best practices and organizational transformation objectives.

Risk & Governance Management

• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies early and establish mitigation plans.
• Maintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) registers.
• Conduct weekly and monthly program reviews.
• Ensure compliance with organizational governance and reporting requirements.

Required Qualifications

Experience

• Proven years of experience in consulting, cloud migration, and transformation projects.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale cloud migration and integration programs.
• Extensive experience leading complex IT transformation initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and vendors.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering projects on time and within budget
