Description

Support infrastructure and cloud services for the Office product group, focusing on incident management and platform modernization.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to Azure infrastructure projects and manage contractual commitments including Cosmic and France/Germany programs.
• Develop program schedules, status reports, functional specifications, and requirements.
• Organize cross-functional activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Interface with clients on technical matters and project subject areas from initiation through delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of program management experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Technical proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Kusto, and Active Directory.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Proven ability to manage high-impact programs and global teams.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting findings and leading meetings.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure infrastructure projects.
