Description

You will manage SAP-related technology programs, focusing on integration-heavy implementations and major enhancement cycles from requirements through go-live and hypercare.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage full implementation or major enhancement cycles for SAP Ariba and S/4HANA, ensuring direct experience with integration-heavy programs.
• Oversee Ariba workstreams, including supplier onboarding, sourcing events, contract workflows, and Ariba-to-S4 integration touchpoints via CIG, PI/PO, or similar middleware.
• Drive complex, multi-team technology programs using Agile or hybrid delivery, owning sprint/roadmap planning, RAID logs, defect/UAT tracking, and steering committee reporting.
• Coordinate across procurement, logistics, site ops, IT/dev teams, and external vendors/OEMs to translate technical issues into business impact and mitigate risks.
• Ensure delivery execution by monitoring milestone completion, ticket resolution turnaround, UAT quality, and budget/burn rate management against SOW hours.

Required Skills

• 5+ years managing SAP-related technology programs, including at least 2-3 full implementation or major enhancement cycles.
• 3-5+ years working specifically with Ariba modules (SCC/Sourcing/Contracts) as a functional lead or program manager.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (MM/logistics modules) and SAP EPPM.
• Working knowledge of integration architecture, including middleware, APIs, and IDocs, to bridge conversations between business stakeholders and developers.
• 5+ years in supply chain, procurement, or logistics program delivery with direct exposure to digital systems supporting physical operations.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-team technology programs with strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Data center, construction, or capital equipment supply chain experience is a strong differentiator.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with digitization efforts that reduce manual processing time or improve shipment visibility.
• Background in on-time data center capacity delivery and managing physical/digital dependencies.
