Manage research operations and customer-facing initiatives in Bangalore.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and manage multiple research and recruitment panels.
• Coordinate fast-moving projects of varying complexity.
• Partner with Legal, Privacy, Security, Procurement, Finance, and IT teams.
• Execute customer-facing roles and support research/UX operations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in program management or research operations.
• Hands-on experience with research platforms like UserTesting and Qualtrics.
• Proven track record in recruiting and managing vendor panels.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional internal stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Background in UX research operations.
• Familiarity with compliance and procurement processes.
