Ability to lead a data portfolio comprising 100+ professionals, with 10+ years of overall experience.
Experience working in a Global Delivery Model (GDM) across the US and India, with a strong understanding of data concepts, including Data Engineering, Data Quality, Data Governance, and Databricks.
Ability to understand the customer's data strategy and develop a strategic roadmap aligned with business objectives and account growth.
Drive account growth by identifying new opportunities, collaborating with customers, and developing technically and financially compelling solutions.
Strong technical understanding of Azure data components and Azure Databricks.
Experience working on Generative AI solutions using technologies such as Genie and Claude.
Proven experience engaging with senior customer stakeholders to present Tech Mahindra's delivered solutions, understand business challenges, and identify opportunities to address customer pain points.
Lead and mentor 100+ professionals globally, build high-performing teams, and ensure strong customer satisfaction and service delivery
