Description

Establish and lead the Program Management Office to deliver data-focused initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute project deliverables and roadmaps aligned with program strategy.
• Partner with agile teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners to define business requirements and success metrics.
• Drive cross-functional meetings to coordinate planning and execution.
• Identify and mitigate obstacles to program success while working with leadership to find solutions.
• Report program status and progress directly to senior leadership.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Program Management, specifically within a PMO or Program Management Office.
• 3+ years of experience delivering data-focused projects.
• Proven track record of delivering projects within heavily matrixed organizations.
• Strong understanding of Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
• Experience taking projects from inception through to launch with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to summarize complex technical details and program strategies for senior leadership.
• Proficiency with Zoom and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Slides, Docs, and Drive).
• Strong presentation and communication skills for executive-level reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience surfacing data-backed insights to facilitate decision-making and tradeoff discussions.
