Description

Oversee the rollout of the Ardoq project for the Virginia IT Agency (VITA).

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with VITA teams to establish rollout schedules across multiple agencies.
  • Manage tasks and assignments in collaboration with the Enterprise Architecture team.
  • Allocate resources to ensure timely task completion.
  • Manage agency issues regarding training schedules and post-training follow-ups.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of project management experience, specifically with large-scale projects.
  • Experience managing data cleanup and system data imports.
  • Ability to work onsite in Richmond, VA, at least 4 days a week.
  • Direct experience managing stakeholder training and follow-up processes.
  • Experience with VITA or Virginia state government environments.
  • Own data cleanup, data importing into Ardoq, and agency tool training.
  • Ensure data synchronization between Ardoq and the Archer system of record.
