Oversee the rollout of the Ardoq project for the Virginia IT Agency (VITA).
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with VITA teams to establish rollout schedules across multiple agencies.
- Manage tasks and assignments in collaboration with the Enterprise Architecture team.
- Allocate resources to ensure timely task completion.
- Manage agency issues regarding training schedules and post-training follow-ups.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of project management experience, specifically with large-scale projects.
- Experience managing data cleanup and system data imports.
- Ability to work onsite in Richmond, VA, at least 4 days a week.
- Direct experience managing stakeholder training and follow-up processes.
- Experience with VITA or Virginia state government environments.
- Own data cleanup, data importing into Ardoq, and agency tool training.
- Ensure data synchronization between Ardoq and the Archer system of record.
