Description

You will lead complex IT programs through multiple delivery methodologies and lifecycle stages.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex IT projects using Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, and Kanban frameworks.
• Own budgeting and financial management for large-scale programs.
• Establish and maintain governance processes and procedural documentation.
• Drive organizational change and manage reporting metrics.
• Utilize project management tools to track progress and deliver status reporting.

Required Skills

• Active PMP certification is mandatory.
• 15+ years of program management experience.
• Expertise in Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, and Kanban methodologies.
• Proficiency with MS Project and Project Server.
• Experience using Azure DevOps and Power BI for tracking and reporting.
• Hands-on use of SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Planner.
• Strong background in financial management and budgeting.
• Proven ability to manage governance and organizational change.
• Any Graduate degree.
