Description

You will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of workstreams for a multiyear enterprise data platform migration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate program objectives into actionable delivery plans, milestones, and dependencies for assigned workstreams.
• Oversee execution of migration activities including data pipelines, models, integrations, and consumption layers like Power BI.
• Partner with engineering and architecture teams to ensure delivery plans support technical feasibility and quality standards.
• Coordinate with global teams to manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and maintain alignment across time zones.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery methodologies and ensure adherence to data governance and compliance requirements.

Required Skills

• 8-12+ years of experience leading data or technology initiatives in large, complex, global organizations.
• Proven experience delivering data engineering or platform workstreams using Azure, Snowflake, and Databricks.
• Strong understanding of data migration strategies and enterprise data architectures.
• Experience coordinating multi-region teams and navigating matrixed organizational structures.
• Proficiency with enterprise delivery tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
• Ability to tailor Agile, hybrid, or scaled Agile methodologies to specific workstream needs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for senior leadership updates.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with data governance, privacy, and security compliance in large-scale migrations.
