Description

Oversee the rollout of the Ardoq project for the Virginia IT Agency (VITA), including data cleanup, system imports, and stakeholder training.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with VITA teams to establish rollout schedules across multiple agencies.
• Manage tasks and assignments in collaboration with the Enterprise Architecture team.
• Own data cleanup and importing data into Ardoq and the Archer system of record.
• Allocate resources to ensure timely task completion and manage agency issues.
• Manage stakeholder training schedules and post-training follow-up processes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of project management experience, specifically with large-scale projects.
• Direct experience managing data cleanup and system data imports.
• Ability to work onsite in Richmond, VA, at least 4 days a week.
• Experience with VITA or Virginia state government environments.
• PMP certification.
