Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a tiered team of remote staff.
• Organize and communicate project requirements to the team.
• Oversee IT desktop program workflows and business analysis tasks.
• Solve technical and operational problems within the desktop support scope.

Required Skills

• Experience as an IT Desktop Program Manager.
• Background in IT Business Analysis.
• Proficiency with SharePoint Online.
• Experience using Ivanti Ticketing System or similar service request software.
• Direct experience in IT Desktop Support.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proven ability to organize and motivate teams.
