Lead large-scale technology procurement projects, managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and team structures.
• Anticipate project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely completion.
• Facilitate communication across all relevant stakeholder teams.
• Conduct performance reviews and program evaluations to ensure high-quality outputs.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience managing large-scale projects involving technology procurement.
• Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI.
• Expert knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall project management principles.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) models.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, and Project Server.
• Ability to balance business requirements with a technical background to lead technology teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience navigating complex technical environments to provide credible leadership to engineering teams.
