• Utilize service request software to track and resolve issues.
• Coordinate workflows using Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint Online.
• Apply strong written and oral communication skills to support team operations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Background in IT Desktop Support or as an IT Business Analyst.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, MS Teams, and SharePoint Online.
• Experience using the Ivanti Ticketing System.
• Experience managing remote teams.
