You will manage infrastructure and end-user services projects within a multi-program environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects and programs simultaneously.
• Oversee infrastructure and end-user services delivery.
• Drive project execution through technical and non-technical communication.
• Convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• PMP certification is required.
• Proven experience managing infrastructure or end-user services projects.
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous workstreams.
• Strong technical communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience overseeing the Solutions Design Process (SDP).
