Description

You will manage multiple scrum teams and drive project delivery within the CPG and Retail domains.

Responsibilities

• Own project planning, monitoring, and coordination to ensure delivery on schedule, quality, and budget.
• Manage risks, issues, and third-party dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead stakeholder management and customer relations to align project outcomes with business requirements.
• Support pre-sales activities and validate technical estimations for the account and practice.
• Conduct post-project reviews to capture and share lessons learned.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Expertise in Scrum, Agile, Kanban, and Lean methodologies.
• Strong background in Business Analysis and Requirement Management.
• Proven ability in risk management and issue resolution.
• Experience with Go-To-Market strategies.
• Demonstrated skills in people leadership and team management.
• Effective communication skills for high-level stakeholder management.
• Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the RCM domain.
• Domain knowledge in CPG and Retail sectors.
